He was found on the side of the road after what we assume was being hit by a car.

Meet Polar, 9m male 35lb, a bundle of joy wrapped in a puppy's body. His sweet and friendly nature is bound to melt your heart. With a playful spirit and a curious mind, he's always ready for a game of fetch or a new adventure. Polar is longing for companionship, seeking friends who can match his boundless energy. It turns out Polar was more than likely used as a bait dog. He tried to live in a home with smaller dogs and that is a big no. Only homes with larger dogs and no small animals will be considered.

“ full of energy ready to bounce into your lap! He loves toys, all toys! He has a huge love for peanut butter. He’s good on a leash, and loves to run and get his zoomies out. Crate trained. House trained as well.

We’ve been giving him a regimen of coconut oil for his skin and salmon oil in his food to help with his coat & skin, he loves the coconut oil so watch out for a tongue bath from him. He’s sweet, and full of energy. He is not a fan of the smaller dogs in our experience, but seems very interested in other dogs while walking. He has a lot of energy and one thing we haven’t been able to break is his jumping, but we like to think he’s jumping to give you a hug.”
