“Owen and Olivia were dumped in different locations, left to suffer from miserable skin conditions. They had contagious sarcoptic mange that was so severe they had developed secondary infections. After treatment, love, and care, they are ready for adoption. Owen and Olivia are fully vetted and altered. (Although they were rescued in different locations, at different times, they appear to be siblings.) These happy puppies are ready for families.”
