“Hello, I have a situation with a 100 lb approx 2 year old male American bulldog I have been caring for since my brother was in a house fire at the end of last summer. Unfortunately he will not be able to take him back and I cannot be his forever home. He is good with kids but sometimes doesn’t know his own strength. He is good with other dogs. He chases cats and I am not sure what would actually happen. We haven’t let them socialize. My wife is 5’ tall and her and my 5 year old are afraid of him. My three year old goes out and bosses him around. So he just isn’t getting enough attention or exercise. He would be a really good dog for someone that knows bully breeds. He is good off leash but sometimes if you don’t give him attention he wanders to the neighbors to see their dog. He is also good on leash when he has had proper attention and exercise. If you put him on leash straight from the kennel he doesn’t respond well. If everyone in the home was on board I would keep him”
